Calling current Central Saint Martins BA and MA students and 2020 Graduates!  How do you imagine the encounter human-machine in 2050? Collaboration, co-evolution, hostility? What kind of experience might humans have with their everyday use of technology? How will our body, society and planet be transformed? Are we going to live in a machine-ruled world?

The Hybrid Futures Hackathon challenges you to work collaboratively in cross-course teams to create a work in any media that creatively and critically responds to the themes of “HYBRID FUTURES” and “DIGITAL INNOVATION"

Hackathon Prizes:

3 winning teams = presenting at Symposium  

1st prize £1000 

2nd prize £500

3rd prize £375

  *cash prizes are split amongst Team members. Teams are min. 3 and max. 5 students.

The Digital Innovation Season Community (DISC) is an experiment in co-creating a community of digital practice.
